DEVOLUCIÓN DE FIANZA

Hola, alquilé una furgoneta con enterpryse y la verdad que estaba llena de arañazos, restregones , algunos agujeros, rajas, pomo marcha roto etc. Cuando realizo la devolución se me cierra el parte y se me dice que no hay problema, ahora se me devuelve 300e menos y se me dice que es por daños, que intentaron llamarme al teléfono para decirme que se volvía a abrir el parte y no pudieron contactar, algo irrisorio pues es mentira y en ningún momento me intentaron llamar, les he pedido una hoja del parte con el cierre como que estaba todo correcto y me han dicho que me lo iban a mandar pero no lo han hecho. Solicito la devolución integra de la fianza y parte del cierre de la entrega del furgón que fue el día 14/03/2024 a las 10.24h Puedo adjuntar fotos del estado del furgón. Espero contestación.
