I, Antonio Manuel Sánchez Céspedosa, with Spanish National Identity Document (DNI) number 30.537.265-G, a citizen of the European Union, hereby exercise my right of withdrawal from the service contracted through your platform.
I request the immediate cancellation of the service and a full refund of €16,00, which was charged to my account without my informed consent.
I also request written confirmation of the service cancellation and the initiation of the refund process.
I hope you will take this into consideration. If not, I will pursue all available legal action.
