Desestimacion de la reclamacion ue 261

Estimados/as señores/as:Tenía contratado un viaje en avión desde el aeropuerto de malmo al de estocolmo, que tenía su salida a las 22.45 horas del día 28 del mes de agosto de 2023 por lo que la llegada normal a Estocolmo debería haber tenido lugar a las 23,59 horas del día 28/8/2023.Nº de pasajeros:3En fecha de 28/8 tras la hora del vuelo, se me ha comunicado la cancelación del vuelo contratado, esto es con menos de 7 días antes del vuelo programado, sin una causa de fuerza mayor, impidiéndome llegar al lugar de destino en la fecha prevista. Y, no se me ha ofreció un transporte alternativo que saliera con no más de 1 horas de antelación y llegara al destino final con menos de 2 horas de retraso.SOLICITO: la compensación que reconoce la legislación europea + la devolución del billete, + el coste de autobús y tren que tuvimos que contratar más un cargador de móvil ya que no habla forma de comunicarnos debido a que a la hora de salida del avión ya estábamos sin batería en los móviles. Los recibos adjuntos son de autobús y tren desde malmo hasta Estocolmo, y cargador además de un cargador, cable, agua, y 2 chocolatinas, esos tampoco han sido abonados
