Hi Pablo,
Thank you for your email.
I am sorry to learn that you remain dissatisfied with the outcome of the inspection.
We appreciate the clarification and understand that you returned the item for assessment due to a fault rather than as a standard change of mind return.
Please be assured that the item was inspected by our returns team upon receipt. Following this assessment, we were unable to confirm that the issue was the result of a manufacturing defect.
Generally, a manufacturing fault would be expected to become apparent within the first few months of use.
As the shoes were purchased on 30/09/2025 and the issue has been reported after a significant period of use, we are unable to determine that the sole separation is due to a manufacturing fault rather than wear and tear or other factors associated with normal use over time.
Therefore, on this occasion, we are unable to offer a refund, replacement or repair under our faulty goods process and the item has been sent back to you under tracking reference DI064051172.
I want to assure you that I have escalated your issue to the relevant team, and they are currently looking into it. Please allow some time for an update, as they may require a little while to get back to you. I sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused during this process.
In the meantime, if there's anything else that you need at all, whether it's further assistance or any other enquiries, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will be more than happy to help you in any way we can.
Kind regards,
Thobile
