Denegación de embarque

Hola,Ayer nos denegaron el embarque por llegar 20 min antes de que saliera el vuelo, cuando en taquilla nos dijeron que las puertas cerraban 15 min antes. Nos dijeron que nuestros billetes habían sido anulados por llegar tarde y que nuestras maletas ya no estaban dentro del avión. Esto fue a las 10:15 cuando el vuelo salía a las 10:45. Viajábamos a Ibiza por trabajo, lo cual me ha supuesto una perdida enorme de dinero, incluyendo el vuelo de ida y vuelta, el hotel, el parking y las ventas que no pude realizar.

Buenos días,Yo llegué 2 horas antes al aeropuerto tal y como consta en la facturación, y argumentaron que no nos dejaban pasar porque llegabamos tarde y habían bajado las maletas cuando aún faltaban 20 min para que saliera el avión.También nos dijeron que nos habían llamado personalmente y podemos demostrar que no existe tal llamada. Y que 20min antes de la salida del vuelo nuestros billetes estaban anulados.
