Hello, I placed an order with Notino.es Order number 9442358365. The envio number is 2781980003343101
On Tuesday 3 December morning I received an email from Correos Express saying that my order would be delivered that day. I was at home the whole day. No-one rang my bell. That night I went on to Notino site and saw that they said my package was delivered. I went out and searched all around my garden. I wrote to Notino on Wednesday who informed me that the package had been delivered and signed for! Obviously the driver had delivered it to the wrong address. The signaure on it is not mine. Either that or the driver signed it himself and kept the package. The driver number is 2078_030 Algorfa. The receptor name is Andres Marin. This is very bad. Whoever the driver gave it to was not me, or has kept it himself! The driver must now go back to the house he delivered it to and ask for the package back! I want my order.
