The correct delivery address and phone details are correct as in "the delivery address" of the profile: "48014 Bizkaia" with m. number ending in "9992".
The address for delivery was updated just minutes after purchasing the item.
Accordingly, it was expected that the Wallapop platform was capable of updating the delivery address. However the address was not updated and it is blocked because it. What is even worse is that Wallapop is blocking the update of the delivery address by the buyer, after taking payment well before the delivery being blocked. Furthermore Wallapop blocks the seller from updating the delivery. Besides the seller was warned, and provided with the correct address by the buyer, that the delivery address was updated seconds after payment for the item. However Wallapop hides from the seller that the delivery address is not correct because it has not being updated.
This fault on the Wallapop platform is causing costly use of time. In fact both, the seller and the buyer, have uncovered a Wallapoo in Wallapop. They have being performing fundamental e-commerce platform QA testing. without being paid appropriately. Thus until Wallapop address this expensive fault for the users; it is only appropriate to warn fellow citizens of this fundamental flaw in this Wallapop e-commerce platform.
