Hola, con fecha 01/01/2024 alquile coche en Enterprise rent a car Marbella, desde el 05/01 al 09/01/2024 por 379.74 euros que me fueron debitados correctamente de mi tarjeta de crédito bancaria el 01/01/2024. En el nuevo estado de febrero 2024 me ha aparecido un debito efectuado por la misma empresa con fecha 05/01 por 179.92 euros sin que se me haya pedido expresa autorización y sin saber a que obedece ese monto, motivo por el cual me puse en contacto con la empresa vía mail para solicitarles explicación en dos oportunidades sin recibir respuesta. He tenido que devolver mi tarjeta al banco emisor para prevenir mas riesgos, con los gastos administrativos e inconvenientes que ello supone.

ESA FUE LA AUTORIZACIÓN efectuada por mí para el pago del alquiler. Con fecha 05/01/2024 vuestra empresa SIN MI AUTORIZACIÓN, NI NOTICIA DEL PORQUE, cargó 179.92 euros U$S 199.50Con fecha 09/01/2024 vuestra empresa SIN MI AUTORIZACIÓN, NI NOTICIA DEL PORQUE, devulve 30.111.92, U$S 124.18Fueron debitados de mi cuenta bancaria SIN MI AUTORIZACIÓN, NI NOTICIA DEL PORQUE U$S 75.32Sra. Jessica, la respuesta que espero de su empresa es saber como pudieron manipular los datos de mi tarjeta, a la cual ya le tuve que dar de baja por vuestra INCORRECTA actuación SIN AVISO PREVIO, SIN SABER A QUE RESPONDE ESA QUITA QUE SE ME EFECTUÓ, motivo por el cual estoy exigiendo me sea DEVUELTO el monto extraído.Dra. Sres. Enterprise Rent a Car. Son realmente necesarios estos mensajes? Los slogans de disculpas y asistencia en algunas circunstancias no son de recibo y cuando se multiplican aún más. No existe proporcionalidad entre la velocidad con la que efectúan cargos sin autorización ni conocimiento, con el tiempo que se toman para resolver vuestras irregularidades. Desafortunado el momento en que decidí contratar vuestros servicios.

Doy por finalizado mi intento de brindarles la oportunidad de hacer las cosas correctamente y enmendar de alguna forma lo actuado. Lo que no es correcto, es incorrecto y pasible de ser tipificado como delito. Lo que hicieron es apropiarse de un dinero sin consentimiento, aviso ni motivo Y lo peor es que habiendo denunciado la situación con todas las pruebas ofrecidas NO DAN RESPUESTA. Por este motivo afirmo que vuestra empresa ME HURTO DINEROCuentan con mi mas energico y absoluto repudio por dicho comportamiento por lo que solicitaré se haga pública mi denuncia.
