Hello, I have been in contact with Sabadell as I had a split payment on my credit card which I wanted to pay off in full as the monthly payments were not being taken from my account and I didn't want to be in debt any longer. I phoned sabadell on 4th October and asked for the remaining balance (€179,55) to be paid off. I was told this would be fine but I would have to pay €182,39 because of interest for an early cancellation which I said was fine. This amount was taken from my account on 4th October but the credit card balance remains as €179,55. I have tried to contact Sabadell several times but they are not acknowledging that they have taken €182,39 from me but they have failed to use it to pay off the card. If this has not been used to pay off my credit card then I ask that it must be paid off immediately or that the money is refunded back to my account. Otherwise I will be seeking legal action for stolen money.Kind regards,Lyndsay Campbell
