Coste Cambiar Apellidos Vuelo

Realice la compra de un vuelo con la empresa Ryanair, desde mi cuenta creada con ellos, con fecha 12/11/23 y ahora he ido a ver mi reserva por que volaremos en una semana y he comprobado que mis apellidos estaban puestos los de mi marido, y al realizar el cambio de los apellidos, me han cobrado 115 €

Con fecha 12/11/23 reclame los gastos de cambiar los apellidos de mi reserva, por un coste de 150 €, cuando no tienen derecho a cobrar ninguna cantidad, sobre todo por que tengo derecho a rectificación de mis datos personales, pero parece vergonzoso que la gestión la hagamos nosotros y que abusen en este sentido, les vuelvo a reclamar el importe 115 € cobrado, ya han pasado mas de 20 dias, para contestar y de no hacerlo en el plazo de 7 dias (Se ha reclamado posteriormente y ya han contestado). Pondre la correspondiente reclamación ante la OCU reclamando daños y perjucios por el tiempo perdido y la ansiedad que me estan generando.

Le contestamos a su escrito expresando nuestro disconformidad ante su respuesta, por lo que le adjuntamos documento anexo, reclamandole nuevamente nuestra petición, solicitando contestación por escrito a nuestro derecho de rectificación en la resolución del Expediente N.º: PS/00443/2021 seguido ante la Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD), en el artículo 16 del RGPD, Adjuntamos nº certificación del nº de cuenta, donde puede realizar el pago del reembolso si estiman oporturno, en caso contrario, procederemos a realizar dicha reclamación ante la agencia española de protección de datos, por lo que entendiendo que tenemos el derecho a ser reembolsados y no incurrir en mas gastos, dichos gastos le seran tambien solicitados en caso de no se resuelva satistactoriamente, por lo amablemnte le solicito el reembolso del importe del mismo.

Estamos a la espera de su contestación sobre nuestra reclamación, en caso de no contestar procederemos a realizar una reclamación formal, ante las autoridades pertinentes. Saludos.
