The airline advised that the refund can be processed after the departure date, and therefore has yesterday processed the refund in the system. At the moment Gotogate is waiting for the funds to arrive to their account. It might take up to a few weeks depending on the airline.The refund amount will be about 633 EUR. Please note that no refund can be guaranteed until the funds arrive to Gotogate's account.
