Dear Sir/Madam, I am contacting you because I enrolled in the “Certificado de Profesionalidad en Creación y Gestión de Viajes Combinados y Eventos” course in November 2025, financed through SeQura. My Spanish student visa was refused twice (initial refusal, followed by an appeal, then a second application also refused), meaning I am unable to complete the contracted training. Grupo Atrium has confirmed this in an official letter dated 22 July 2026. I have already paid approximately €2,000 toward the course. Grupo Atrium has refused to pause the remaining monthly instalments, stating that cancellation is not possible, and that the only alternative is for me to find a replacement student to take over the enrollment. I REQUEST that Grupo Atrium pause the remaining monthly payments while I search for a replacement student, given that the course cannot be completed due to circumstances entirely outside my control.
