Condiciones baja Club David Lloyd ABUSIVAS

Hola,Fui socia del club David Lloyd Gavá Mar desde Mayo 2022 hasta Agosto 2023.Firmé una permanencia de un año y así la cumplí, en Julio del 2023 informé por email mi baja voluntaria.No han procesado la baja correctamente, me han seguido enviando los recibos y me han comunicado que tengo que seguir pagando 3 meses más. En el contrato que firmé, quedaba bien especificada la permanencia de un año pero en ninguna de las páginas que firmé aparecía que tuviera que avisar con 3 meses de antelación, lo cual además me parece exagerado para un gimnasio.Desde la comunicación de mi baja me he sentido acosada por el envío de emails con reclamaciones y ahora lo han empezado a hacer desde otra empresa externa llamada Intrum (empresa de gestión de deudas).Además, me subieron la cuota un 8% en Enero del 2024 sin previo aviso, lo cual no es ni legal.Solicito que se me dé de baja DEFINITIVA y me dejen de acosar con emails y reclamaciones y que se me reembolse el incremento que he pagado desde Enero a Julio.
