Compensación económica

El pasado 16 de Agosto nuestro vuelo: FR4005 de Ryanair de Roma Fiumicino con destino a Alicante se retrasó tanto en su salida como en su llegada más de 3 horas. Tras comunicarlo a Ryanair por los medios que establece en su página, la compañía no reconoce el retraso y se niega a pagarnos la compensación económica que nos corresponde según el reglamento UE 261/2004. Del mismo modo, nos invita a usar unos servicios de resolución alternativa de disputas (ADR) presentando una queja a través del servicio de resolución de disputas en línea (ODR) de la Comisión Europea. Para mi desengaño hace poco recibo un correo de este servicio de resolución de disputas donde me indican lo siguiente: Desafortunadamente, la reclamación ha superado el plazo de 30 días en la plataforma de resolución de litigios en línea (RLL) sin llegar a un acuerdo en cuanto al organismo de resolución de litigios.Referencia de la reclamación: 2023/140387Cuando se envía una reclamación en la plataforma RLL, las partes tienen un plazo de 30 días para elegir de común acuerdo un organismo de resolución de litigios que se ocupe de la reclamación.Como no llegaron a un acuerdo, su reclamación ha expirado en la plataforma, y se ha archivado el caso. Debido a esto, elijo este medio para reclamar a la aerolínea la compensación económica que nos corresponde.
