Exponemos hechos:
- En nuestra política de compra, FAQs y en toda la web se informa que nuestro producto es congelado, pese a que si se descongela, también se puede guardar en nevera hasta 60 días si el envase no está abierto y entre 24-72h una vez abierto.
- La clienta reclama que no se le dio dicha información a tiempo, pero adjuntamos la conversación en PDF donde se puede apreciar que recbió respuesta de atención al cliente con un tiempo de espera de menos de 1h, y que fue la propia clienta quien demoro posteriormente más de 3h en volver a contestar.
- La clienta misma expresa en su conversación que sabe que no debe recongelar producto previamente congelado.
Informamos que le haremos el reembolso, por un gesto de buena fe, pero que en ningún momento aplica realizarle el reembolso, ya que por parte de Food For Joe en ningún momento se ha incumplido el contrato.
Adjuntamos comprobante del reembolso y conversación con la clienta como pruebas.
