Cochecito de bebé dañado

Hola,He facturado el cochecito de mi bebé en el vuelo FR5898/03JAN (2022). El cochecito ha llegado con chasis y arnes de seguridad dañados. Antes de salir del aeropuerto hice un informe de daño (MADFR24792).Con este informe he puesto una reclamación en el sitio web de Ryanair en el dia seguiente (referencia 15294928/L79S2P).El 04/03/22 su empresa me contestó solicitando por el certificado de no reparabilidad para dar continuidad a la reclamación.El 25/03/22 yo he enviado el certificado emitido por el fabricante, el jusficante original de compra (270€) y los datos bancarios para pago.El 14/06/22 he contactado a su empresa por el chat online y su agente me informó que no habian recibido mi correo anterior. He reenviado el correo.El 28/06/22 he notado que al hacer el reenvío en el 14/06/22 me he olvidado los adjuntos. He vuelto a reenviar todo.El 09/07/22 su empresa me envió una respuesta casi identica a del 04/03, por alguna razón que desconozco habéis puesto un nuevo número de referência (22777879/L79S2P).El 15/07/22 yo he respondido al correo donde había la nueva refêrencia. He vuelto a enviar la documentación solicitada por la tercera vez.El 19/08/22 su empresa me contesta utilizando la referencia original (15294928/L79S2P). En el correo me piden el certificado de no reparabilidad por la cuarta vez.El 03/11/22 he contactado a su empresa por el chat online y su agente ha sugerido que yo abra una nueva reclamación (sin explicar la razón). Pero su sistema no permite pues ya ha pasado demasiado tiempo desde el vuelo. Tampoco me parece razonable me pedir eso.Por favor, solicito indemnización de 270€ (valor de compra del cochecito afectado) en el plazo más breve posible. Adjunto certificado de titularidad con los datos bancarios para proceder al pago.Gracias.
