Cobro tarjetas embarque

Muy buenas,El pasado 8/10/2023 tras intentar hacer el checkin online en repetidas ocasiones y no poder por darme un error en la fecha de caducidad de uno de los dni,éramos 4 con la misma reserva,decidimos ir directamente a la ventanilla de facturación para que nos facilitasen las tarjetas de embarque y facturar una de las maletas,de uno solo de los viajeros y que ya había pagado pagado por ella al adquirir los billetes. Ante nuestra sorpresa,y a pesar de ser un error de su app con la no aceptación de la fecha antes referida,nos exigen el pago de 120€, 30 por persona para facilitarnos las tarjetas de embarque. Como bien saben, según recientes sentencias judiciales recientes,se ha declarado totalmente abusiva e ilegal el cobro de este concepto, por lo que solicito el reembolso de los 120€. Buenos días Gonzalo,estoy seguro de que conoces perfectamente la sentencia del 21/08/2022 del Tribunal Supremo en el que se declararon abusivas, y por tanto nulas, varias de vuestras cláusulas impuestas a los pasajeros de vuestra aerolínea,entre otras la del cobro por la emisión de las tarjetas de embarque en el aeropuerto.También sabrás que no es la única sentencia en vuestra contra por este tema,aunque si la más importante al venir del supremo,pero que son innumerables las condenas en contra que acumuláis por los cobros abusivos y varias las que hacen concretamente referencia al cobro por la emisión de las tarjetas de embarque. Sólo con esto ya deberíais de hacerme el reembolso,pero hay más razones:-Se me cobran 120€,30 por pasajero con el concepto de “Facturación” cuando sólo facturé yo,los otros tres llevaban sólo equipaje de mano. -Ni siquiera se aplicaron correctamente las cantidades que tenéis en vuestras condiciones y que tú mismo me has facilitado.Deberían de haber sido 20€ por pasajero,ya que lo único que se hizo fue imprimir las tarjetas de embarque. Así que vuelvo a solicitar,por última vez antes de hacerlo por vía judicial a través de la OCU,el reembolso de los 120€ cobrados de manera injustificada e ilegal. Un saludo.
