Nos referimos a su reciente correspondencia en nombre de Laura Nuez Cuartango.
En relación con su vuelo FR7723 de LPA a SVQ el 17/11/2024, nos gustaría declarar lo siguiente: Como se indica en nuestros Términos y Condiciones, que se aceptan al momento de la compra del boleto, así como en nuestro sitio web, los clientes pueden registrarse en línea de forma gratuita desde 24 horas antes de la salida del vuelo hasta 2 horas antes de la salida del vuelo.
Al comprar un billete, así como en varias ocasiones posteriores, aconsejamos a los clientes que realicen el check-in de esta manera, para evitar pagar la tarifa asociada con hacerlo en persona en el aeropuerto. Por lo tanto, en este caso, lamenmente, el cliente no tiene derecho a un reembolso de la cantidad solicitada.
