En nombre de Ryanair, sentimos las molestias ocasionadas con el equipaje de la pasajera en el vuelo FR 776 de Venecia Marco Polo- VCE a Barcelona El Prat - BCN el 30/10/2024, no obstante, nos gustaria manifestar lo siguiente:
Todas nuestras tarifas incluyen una pieza de equipaje gratuita (40 x 20 x 25 cm), la cual debe caber debajo del asiento. Si el cliente desea y/o requiere mayor espacio, existen diferentes opciones de equipaje.

Si el pasajero llega a la puerta de embarque con equipaje para facturar y/o sobredimensionado, puede ser rechazado, o en su defecto, se puede proceder a depositar el mismo en la bodega del avión por una tasa – la cual se le reclamaba al pasajero.
En vista de lo anterior, no estamos en condiciones de tramitar la solicitud de reembolso.
