BUENAS, HICE UNA RESERVA EN UNA EMPRESA DE VIAJES ONLINE SOBRE UN VUELO EN RYANAIR DESDE TENERIFE A MADRID EL DIA 6 DE ENERO DE 2024. EN EL BILLETE PONE QUE PUEDE LLEVAR UN EQUIPAJE DE HASTA 10KG. NUESTRO EQUIPAJE CUMPLIA CON LAS MEDIDAS, ES UNA MALETA CHIQUITITA QUE HAY CON LAS MEDIDA DE BOLSO QUE TE PERMITE LA COMPAÑIA VIAJAR Y ENCIMA PESABA UNA 7 KG Y LA OTRA 8KG. A LA HORA DE EMBARCAR EN EL AVION NOS DICEN QUE NO PODEMOS EMBARCAR CON ESA MALETA, QUE HABIA QUE FACTURARLA EN EL MOSTRADOR O PAGAR 46€ POR CADA UNO SI QUEREMOS VIAJAR O NOS QUEDAMOS EN TIERRA. NOSOTROS NO PODIAMOS QUEDARNOS EN TIERRA Y DECIDIMOS PARA Y AHORA RECLAMAR. ME PARECE UN ABUSO POR PARTE DE LA COMPAÑIA RYANAIR, HABIA GENTE QUE LLEVABA MOCHILAS MAS GRANDE DE MANO QUE NUESTRA MALETA. NOS DIJERON QUE IBA LLENO ARRIBA Y QUE HABIA QUE PONERLAS ABAJO EN EL MALETERO CUANDO SUBIMOS VIMOS ALGUN HUECO ARRIBA Y HUBO UN CHICO QUE LLEBABA UNA MOCHILA GRANDISIMA Y LE DIJO EL AZFATO SI EL HABIAN DEJADO SUBIR CON ELLA Y EL DIJO QUE SI. LE DIJO HAS TENIDO SUERTE PORQUE POR ESO TE COBRAN. ME PARECE QUE NOS HAN ESTAFADO PORQUE LUEGO HUBO ASIENTOS LIBRE Y MAS EN UNO DE LOS NUETRSO Y NOS PUSIERON MALETAS Y BOLSOS DEBAJO DEL ASIENTO. ASI QUE LO QUE PIDO ES LA DEVOLUCION POR UN COBRO INDEBIDO, YA QUE AL AZAFATO DEL EMBARQUE LE DIJE QUE CUMPLIA CON LAS MEDIDAS Y EL PESO PERO ME DIJO QUE NO PODIA POR SER MALETA. YA LE DIJE QUE NO PONE NADA DE BOLSO O MALETA, PONE LA LEY QUE EL EQUIPAJE NO SUPERE CIERTAS DIMENSIONES Y PESO. Buenas tardes, yo llevaba un equipaje reglamentario que cumplía con las medidas, recibí mis tarjetas de embarque un día antes por correo electronico, las llevaba impresas y en el teléfono movil. Cuando voy a embarcar me dicen que no puedo subir con ese equipaje y que tengo que pagar si quiero subir. No veo normal que se cobre por un equipaje que cumple con las medidas, da igual que sea un bolso o una maleta, si las medidas son las que ponen no se pueden poner a cobrar porque no haya pasado por mostrador. Los billetes se pueden sacar por correo electronico o hacer check-in on line.
