Cobro por equipaje de mano

Buenas tardes, el viernes viajamos desde Sevilla a Valencia y no hubo problemas de embarque. Hoy domingo a la hora de volver con la misma mochila de mano al embarcar a mi y a mi pareja nos hacen facturar las dos mochilas sin ni si quiera ver las medidas ni el peso. Nos han hablado fatal a ambos, incluso a otros pasajeros que empatizaban con nosotros los cuales se ofrecen a ofrecerse como testigos para justificar lo ocurrido. Hace dos semanas viajamos con las mismas mochilas en cabina como equipaje de mano y la misma compañía y tampoco hubo ningún problema. Espero una respuesta por vuestra parte. Un saludo.

Buenas tardes de nuevo, veo que esquivan el problema y se basan en enviarme vuestras leyes las cual respeto en cada viaje que hago con vuestra empresa. El problema es que las dos mochilas como puede ver en Lis archivos adjuntos son de la medida correcta ya que hemos viajado con ellas en todos nuestros vuelos con vosotros sin ningún tipo de problema como equipaje de mano, incluyendo la ida de este mismo viaje. El problema es que los dos trabajadores sin motivo alguno se enzarzaron con nosotros hablándonos despectivamente de lo cual hay más de 10 testigos que me han ofrecido sus teléfonos para corroborar lo sucedido. Nos hicieron facturar el equipaje de mano sin ni si quiera probarlo en el artefacto de las medidas y no solo eso no llegaron incluso a amenazar de malas maneras diciendo o pagáis o se quedáis en tierra. Les dijimos estas mochilas cumplen con peso y medidas y nos respondieron solo con verlas se que no lo cumplen y me dijeron en Sevilla no saben hacer su trabajo. Una vez pagadas para evitar que los demás pasajeros tuviesen que esperar procedemos a pasar al avión en el cual los azafatos/as presentes allí nos comunican que nuestras mochilas pueden viajar en cabina sin problema que tienen la medida correcta y así fue las mochilas fueron con nosotros en cabina a pesar de ser facturadas de la cual envío foto para que comprobéis que la mochila iba perfectamente bajo el asiento incluso sobrando espacio. Espero que quede reflejada mi queja y entendáis la situación ahora .de no ser así me veré obligado a denunciar junto a los 10 testigos que se ofrecieron y no daban crédito q lo sucedido. Un saludo.
