Cobro por check in

Intenté en 2 ocasiones realizar checkin online y tanto en la app como en la web no me dejaron realizarlo. Llego 2 horas antes al aeropuerto para hacerlo presencial y me cobran 63€ de “multa” por no hacerlo online. Explico la situación pero claramente nada que hacer. La multa me salió casi el doble que el mismo pasaje.

Entiendo que pueden desentender de sus obligaciones como empresa, pero decir que todo está perfecto con el software y que no encontraron incidencia me parece erróneo debido a que ya tienen reclamos por el mismo problema. En vez de no hacer nada sugiero cambiar el sistema para check in tanto en la plataforma como en la aplicación. Así eliminan el posible error que uds como empresa dicen no ver y realizar un proceso digital más amigable con sus clientes.
