COBRO POR CAMBIO EN LA RESERVA

Hola, he tenido que realizar un cambio en la reserva de Raynair ya que al coger los datos automáticos, me los cogió mal y duplicó 2 veces el mismo nombre.Hoy he llamado para que cambien el nombre pero me han cobrado 115€
