Estimado Equipo de “Support PDF gurú”, Ustedes han aplicado una “renovación automática” no autorizada con un cobro mensual en mi tarjeta de CaixaBank. Cuando intento acceder en su página web para ver estado de la “configuracion” no es posible visualizar ningún tipo de suscripción. Solo aparece “Plan gratuito” y un número de identificación= 4f9a6368-3ce4-4c39-b50b-8b91730ffc3a No he autorizado ninguna suscripción mensual, ninguna “renovación automática” ni he recibido ningún tipo de información al respecto por vuestra parte, así como tampoco he recibido ningún tipo de “contraseña” a mi email. Están ustedes cometiendo un posible delito, así que les conmino a anular cualquier tipo de cargo en mi tarjeta de crédito. Ya he avisado a mi entidad bancaria para que anulen los pagos efectuados.
