Hola, Se me cobro 46 euros por embarcar una maleta de cabina que cumplía con las medidas establecidas como equipaje de mano y es el único bulto que llevaba conmigo.Según el articulo 97 de la Ley de Navegación Aérea de España, las compañías aéreas están obligadas a transportar de forma gratuita el equipaje de mano.Adicionalmente según estipula la sentencia 787/2022 la política de cobrar por la maleta de mano es una política abusiva.Dado las dos clausulas anteriores quería reclamar el dinero que se me cobro por embarcar con mi maleta de mano.Muchas gracias

Buenos días,Que cobreis por la maleta de mano se considera una clausula abusiba tal y como determinta la sentencia 787/2022, yo solo llevaba la maleta de cabina acuerdo con el tamaño y el peso establecido como unico bulto.Ademas de tratarse de una clausula abusiba segun el articulo 97 de la ley de navegacion aerea estais obligados a transportar mis pertenencias esenciales sin coste alguno cosa que habeis incumplido con el cobro de los 46 euros.Por estas razones me gustaria que me realizarais la devolucion del importe antes de tomar otras medidas legales.Muchas gracias,
