Cobro maleta de cabina

Buenos días, El pasado día 17/06/23 realicé un vuelo (FR6332) a Barcelona a Santiago de Compostela y tuve que pagar una maleta de cabina (tanto ida como vuelta) porque el equipaje de mano ya no está incluido en vuestra política. Sin embargo, y de acuerdo a la sentencia 787/2022, el equipaje de mano es un derecho indispensable del pasajero y, por lo tanto, no se puede cobrar un suplemento. Es por ello que solicito el reembolso de una maleta de 10 kilos en un viaje de ida y otro de vuelta. Cómo en la factura no está desglosado el importe de la maleta, no sé exactamente el importe. Quedo a vuestra disposición para el envío de otra documentación si fuese necesaria. Un saludo.

Según el artículo 97 de la ley de Navegación Aérea, están obligados a transportar a los pasajeros con su equipaje de mano, siempre que no exceda los 10 Kg y tenga un tamaño normalizado, como era mi caso. Por lo tanto el cobro extra de mi equipaje de mano es ilegal. No tengo problema en resolverlo en los tribunales. Espero que recapaciten su decisión.
