Les contactamos en relación a la reclamación presentada por IRENE ARIAS
Todas nuestras tarifas incluyen una bolsa personal pequeña para llevar a bordo, como un bolso de mano o una funda de portátil (40 x 20 x 25 cm). El pasajero puede adquirir una pieza de equipaje de mano adicional de 10 kg, con unas dimensiones máximas de 55 x 40 x 20 cm, si la tarifa elegida no incluye dicha pieza de equipaje.
Si tu bolsa pequeña o la pieza de equipaje de mano de 10 kg no cabe en los medidores de equipaje situados en la puerta de embarque, etiquetará la pieza de equipaje y la colocaremos en la bodega del avión sujeto al pago de una tasa de facturación de equipaje en la puerta de embarque.
Debido a lo anterior no podemos ofrecer un reembolso.
