HE REALIZADO UN PAGO INDEBIDO A RAYNAIR POR IMPORTE DE 1329,48€, CON CARGO A MI TARJETA Nº 5163830115947816, CON FECHA VALOR 4/08/2023 Y FECHA OPERACION 10/08/23SE TRATA DE LA COMPRA Wsz0 K67X452 , RELATIVA A TRES BILLETES DE AVION DE IDA Y VUELTA MADRID-VENECIA.ESTE PAGO ES INDEBIDO PORQUE EL MISMO DIA Y A LA HORA HICE EL PAGO DE LA RESERVA CON OTRA TARJETA, CREYENDO QUE CON LA ANTERIOR TARJETA NO HABIA SIDO POSIBLE EFECTUARLO. POR ESTE MOTIVO, USANDO LA TARJETA DE MI MARIDO ANTONIO FEIJOO MIRANDA HICE EL PAGO DE LA RESERVA DE LOS BILLETES ( OBVIAMENTE POR IDENTICO IMPORTE). LA COMPRA CONSTA EFECTUADA CON LA TARJETA 5489018839129807, Y NO CON LA TARJETA 5163830115947816.POR LO TANTO EL PAGO DE 1329,48€ QUE HA SIDO HECHO CON MI TARJETA 5163830115947816 ES INDEBIDO, Y PROCEDE RAYAINR ME LO DEVUELVA A FIN DE DE NO INCURRIR EN ENRIQUECIMIENTO INJUSTO. HE ENVIADO MAS DE OCHO CORREOS A RYANANIR Y DESPUÉS DE ENVIAR EL JUSTIFICANTE BANCARIO QUE ACREDITA QUE HAN COBRADO DOS VECES POR LOS MISMOS BILLETES, ME CONTESTAN UNA Y OTRA VEZ QUE ESTAN ESTUDIANDO LA RECLAMACION. ES EVIDENTE QUE NO TIENEN INTENCION ALGUNA DE DEOLVER EL DINERO. ESTAMOS HABLANDO EN REALIDAD DE UNA APROPIACION INDEBIDA, Y MI INTENCION AL HACER ESTA RECLAMACION, PREVIA A LA ULTERIOR VIA JUDICIAL, ES DAR A CONOCER AL PUBLICO QUE UNA EMPRESA COMO RYANANIR SE NIEGA A REEMBOLSAR A UN VIAJERO, CON PLENO CONOCIMIENTO DE QUE LO HA COBRADO INDEBIDAMENTE, EL IMPORTE DE UNOS BILLETES DE AVION.FIRMADO.
