Cobro indebido de recibo

El pasado 16 de diciembre de 2020 se realizó el pago adelantado del importe pendiente de la financiación 29924000356412.Segun la operadora faltaría solo abonar la cuota de enero y se daría por cerrada la financiación. Se pago la cuota de enero. La sorpresa fue que en febrero la volvieron a pasarloLlamé y me dijeron que habían hecho mal el apunte y que en marzo devolverían el importe cobrado indebidamente.A fecha de hoy sigue sin devolverlo
