Cobro inadecuado por checkin aeropuerto

Estimados/as señores/as: Me pongo en contacto con ustedes porque soy titular de certificado de familia numerosa y he tenido el siguiente problema. Tanto en el vuelo de ida como en el de vuelta no pude hacer el checkin online porque ponía que debía presentarme en el aeropuerto con la documentación para hacer la tarjeta de embarque. En el de ida, en Vitoria, no tuve ningún problema, pero en Sevilla me cobraron las tasas por hacerlo en el aeropuerto y faltar menos de dos horas para el embarque Adjunto pantallazo de lo que me ponía el móvil al intentar hacer el chekin SOLICITO que se me devuelva dichas tasas puesto que era imposible hacerlo online.
