Cobro impresión tarjeta de embarque

Hola, hoy 1/11/2023 reservé un vuelo Santiago de Compostela-Sevilla con Ryanair (Ref de reserva VL9MWW) SALIDA del aeropuerto de Santiago de Compostela a las 11.45 y LLEGADA al aeropuerto de Sevilla a las 13.05h. A la llegada al aeropuerto me cobraron 33€ para imprimir la tarjeta de embarque. La reserva se realizó esta misma mañana y la página web desde la que se hizo la reserva no funcionaba correctamente y no me permitió imprimir la tarjeta por mi cuenta. Reclamo que se me realice el reembolso del importe que se me ha cobrado injustamente y su indemnización correspondiente puesto que ya existe una sentencia del Tribunal Supremo 554/2021 de 20 de julio en la que se declara la nulidad de ciertas cláusulas abusivas de Ryanair incluyendo entre ellas Cobrar por la impresión de la tarjeta de embarque.

No "figurará" incidente según vosotros porque la página nunca llegó a caerse pero ya fue casi imposible hacer la reserva del vuelo por lo lenta y mal que funcionaba y luego no permitió imprimir la tarjeta de embarque porque no te dejaba terminar el proceso. Hay numerosas quejas tanto en OCU como en otras plataformas en las que indican que ocurre lo mismo al intentar imprimir dichas tarjetas, lo que parece indicar que el mal funcionamiento de la página para realizar esas gestiones es a propósito para que no quede más remedio que hacerlo en el propio aeropuerto. Por otro lado, tal y como dije arriba, ya hay una sentencia que indica que el cobro de la impresión de la tarjeta de embarque es una cláusula abusiva y NULA. Por tanto, si no proceden a realizar el reembolso, les comunico que escalaré esta queja a una reclamación formal a la oficina de consumo de mi comunidad.
