Cobro excesivo por Check in

Hola, el 14 de Enero a las 7:50am en el aeropuerto Fiumicino me dirijo hacia la ventanilla de Ryanair.Alrededor de las 8am y luego de una búsqueda, llegamos a la ventanilla y le comento a la srta encargada que deseo hacer el check in. En principio, nos pide el pasaporte a toda mi familia.A las 8:10 nos comenta que debemos realizar el pago de 55euros por persona, teniendo en cuenta que mi familia somos 6 personas(incluido 2 menores), ella me insiste indicándome que sino cuento con los 330euros totales NO me dejarían abordar en el avión.Nos comunica que el vuelo es a las 10am y que debemos pagar rápido sino el vuelo saldría sin nosotros, se realiza el pago a las 8:14 amLe preguntamos si existe alguna posibilidad de hablar con alguien y explicarle nuestra situación, ella sonríe y dice que así es en Roma Ryanair y que pongamos nuestra queja x la web.Realmente nos sentíamos impotentes todos en mi familia, ya que en todo momento la persona que nos atendió se reía, no sentimos ninguna empatía.El vuelo mencionó que se retrasaría 25 minutos, luego de 35 minutos aproximadamente (10:35am) comenzamos a embarcar.Es la primera vez que nos ocurre algo similar, esperemos que Ryanair pueda validar la situación de mi caso y se empatico con la petición, no como sus colaboradores en Roma.
