Hola, He alquilado un coche del 17 al 21 de Julio, devolviendolo el día 20 de Julio (1 día antes). Sin embargo, me habéis cobrado 50€ por retraso en devolución. Adjunto factura y contrato de devolución. Mandé correos y llamé al centro de atención al cliente. No recibí ni un correo de respuesta (llevo escribiendo desde el 22 de Julio), y en atención al cliente me dicen que tengo razón pero no hacen nada más. Saludos,
