COBRO EQUIPAJE DE MANO

Hola, compré 2 billetes sin equipaje de mano vlc-Santiago y Santiago-vlc para los días 25/08/2023 y 28/08/2023 y me hicieron pagar dicho equipaje para poder embarcar, 45,99 en el de ida y 39,59 en el de vuelta. Este cobro es ilegal y exijo su devolución.

El cobro de este suplemento fue una práctica rechazada en una Sentencia de 17 de junio de 2022 por el Juzgado de lo Mercantil número 1 de Madrid. La Ley de Navegación Aérea indica que el transporte del equipaje está incluido de forma gratuita en el precio del billete. IATA, la asociación internacional de transporte aéreo, consultó a Boeing y Airbus sobre las medidas más recomendables en los aviones más habituales, y a partir de su respuesta, emitió una recomendación "oficial": no exceder de 55 x 35 x 20 cm, ruedas, asas y bolsillos incluidos.
