Cobro equipaje de mano

Buenos días,El pasado día 19 de agosto de 2023 realicé un vuelo a Dublín desde Barcelona. De igual forma, el 21 de agosto de 2023 realicé el vuelo de vuelta a Barcelona.(3 pasajeros)Tuve que facturar una maleta de 10 kilos (tanto ida como vuelta) porque el equipaje de mano ya no está incluido en vuestra política. Sin embargo, y de acuerdo a la sentencia 787/2022, el equipaje de mano es un derecho indispensable del pasajero y, por lo tanto, no se puede cobrar un suplemento.Es por ello que solicito el reembolso de la facturación de una maleta de 10 kilos en un viaje de ida y otro de vuelta, siendo el importe cobrado por pasajero de 38€, sumando un total a reembolsar de 114€.Quedo a vuestra disposición para el envío de otra documentación si fuese necesaria.Un saludo.

Agradezco que me envíen de nuevo el apartado donde consta vuestra política de equipajes, pero me reitero en que por mucho que vuestra política de equipajes esté visible, sigue siendo ilegal de acuerdo a la sentencia 787/2022: el equipaje de mano es un derecho indispensable del pasajero y, por lo tanto, no se puede cobrar un suplemento. De este modo, ruego revisen de nuevo el caso para evitar así mayores. Un saludo
