Hola, el PNR de la reserva es EHV2SY. Quiero la devolucion de mi dinero ya que me han estafado. Mi mochila no era grande (era de dimensiones reducidas) y ni siquiera me dejaron medirla para probar que con esa mochila había viajado multiples veces con Ryanair cone lla debajo del asiento. Me gustaría poner una reclamación ya que en la factura no figuran las medidas del equipaje.

No me han medido la mochila, no figuran sus dimensiones en la factura. Ha sido ilegal, me han cobrado sin medir la mochila y cumplía las dimensiones de la empresa. La reclamacion por lo civil no requiere costas con lo que me saldrá gratis reclamar, además dispongo de seguro Legal. O me devuelven el dinero o iniciare el proceso judicial. Un saludo
