Cobro de una maleta dos veces

Hola. Realicé una compra de un vuelo a fuerteventura desde madrid con ryanair a través de Last minute y pague por poder llevar una maleta de mano. Cuando llego a embarcar me indican que no tenía embarque prioritario y mi maleta de mano por la que he pagado previamente tenia que haber sido facturada por lo que me vuelven a cobrar un importe de 90 euros extra por las dos maletas que previamente ya habíamos pagado. Le decimos que en nuestro billete pone que podemos embarcar con dos bultos ya que hemos pagado por llevar muestra maleta de mano y nos exponen que en la letra pequeña que no vemos por ningún sitio se indica que con embarque no prioritario como el nuestro se debe facturar esa maleta de mano. Total, que hemos pagado dos veces por la misma maleta, cuando en teoría ninguna aerolínea debe de cobrar el equipaje de mano. Solicitamos la devolución del importe extra que tuvimos que abonar con tarjeta de crédito allí mismo antes de subir al avión.

En ningún momento se informa que esa maleta cobrada deba ser facturada, de hecho en el billete se especifica que se pueden subir dos bultos a bordo. Además, la Organización de Consumidores y Usuarios (OCU) advierte de que las compañías aéreas no pueden cobrar un suplemento por los equipajes de mano, toda vez que el precio del billete incluye una maleta de hasta 10 kilos, por lo que en el caso de no atender a nuestra petición, me veré obligada a reclamar directamente por vía legal.
