Cobro de servicio no realizado

Hola, Uber eats me ha realizado el cobro a través de PayPal de 36,60€ x2 el 01 de junio 2021 (total de 73,20€). Entrando en "help.uber.com > Uber eats > Cuenta y Pago > Mi cuenta tiene un cobro desconocido." Aparece un formulario que no puedo completar todos los campos obligatorios, ya que solicita datos de mi tarjeta, la cual no he introducido en ningún momento para el uso de servicios con Uber, mi método de pago es a través de PayPal.
