Hola, el día 24.12 a las 10.20 en el aeropuerto de Cracovia, los chicos que estaban en el embarque del avión, me hicieron pagar mi mochila y el bolso de mi amiga que venía después, por darle el bolso en el momento del embarque, ya que nos habíamos separado anteriormente y lo llevaba yo junto con mi mochila de mano.

Mi equipaje de mano cogía perfectamente en el cajón. Me hicieron pagar el de mi amiga, por llevarlo yo en la mano hasta la puerta de acceso, la cual no llevaba más que ese equipaje también. Esto es un abuso y no está contemplado en vuestros Términos y Condiciones Generales de Transporte.
