cobro de checkin

Hola,Reservé un boleto con eDreams.Desde Rayanair me enviaron un correo para validar mis documentos. Al intentar realizar la validación el sistema de Rayanair daba error.En el viaje de ida Barcelona-Venecia me presenté en las oficinas de la aerolínea demostré a la chica que me atendió que daba un error me comentó que pondría un comentario en la aplicación para que hicieran el check-in sin coste. Acto seguido fui a la fila del check-in y sin problemas me dieron la tarjeta sin coste. En el viaje de vuelta Venecia-Barcelona cuando comenté la historia anterior y mostré el error me comentaron que sino pagaba el check-in perdería el vuelo, después de intentar explicar a todos incluso a la policía italiana el problema no hubo otra solución que pagar 55 euros por el check-in (tengo recibo del pago). Al llegar a Barcelona fui nuevamente a las oficinas de Rayanair a comentar lo sucedido y no me dieron ninguna solución.Por favor si se requiere más información hacédmelo saber.Saludos
