Cobro bolsa

Llegue al aeropuerto con mi equipaje de mano normal y tenía a parte una bolsa que llevaba productos que se habrían podido romper o dañar durante el viaje porque estaban hechos de vidrio, la dependienta de Azul Handling Ryanair me obligaba a poner estos objetos en la maleta donde seguramente se habrían roto y finalmente me ha cobrado 46€ más a parte.El 21/09/2023 el parlamento europeo ha aceptado la ley en contra del cobro del equipaje de mano así que mi maleta no debería ser cobrada y menos aún una bolsa.

En adjunto foto bolsa la cual se habría quedado debajo de mi asiento todo el viaje sin crear problemas como no me encontraba cerca de las salidas de emergencia ni incomodaba al pasajero de al lado.
