COBRO ABUSIVO Y SUPERIOR A NORMAS POR CHECK IN

Hoy, 10/03/24, al intentar realizar el check-in en línea para el vuelo FR4584 de Rayanair de Oporto a Barcelona, el sitio web estaba extremadamente lento y la opción no era visible.Al llegar al aeropuerto, mi compañero Thierry Silvagnoli y yo (Mariana Fernandes) fuimos informados de que debíamos pagar una tarifa de 55 EUR (110 EUROS en total) por persona para imprimir nuestro billete, una cantidad extremadamente abusiva e desproporcionada desde cualquier perspectiva.Solicito el reembolso de 110,00 euros, ya que según la decisión del Tribunal Supremo de España que elimina las cláusulas abusivas de la aerolínea Ryanair, cobrar 55 euros por la impresión de una tarjeta de embarque que costó 53,73 euros es una penalización desproporcionada. Esta tarifa de Ryanair no se considera legal, con el agravante de que el valor de esta tarifa parece ser arbitrario, ya que no está especificado en el sitio web de la compañía. No hay ningún lugar en el sitio web donde pueda presentar una queja sobre esta tarifa abusiva.Número de reserva: HN8GQD Número de vuelo: FR4584

Esta información sobre la tarifa de 55 euros no queda clara en el momento de la compra.Y mi queja no es sólo que no esté claro, sino que tengo que pagar una cantidad superior a los billetes para que imprimas una tarjeta de embarque.Si tengo problemas en vuestra web a la hora de hacer el check-in, no puedo ser sancionada por un cargo abusivo, como ya ha determinado el Tribunal Supremo de España.Esta queja que estoy presentando será escalada.
