COBRO ABUSIVO Y SUPERIOR A NORMAS POR CHECK IN

Estimados,He comprado 3 vuelos de Bari (Italia) a Valencia (España). El vuelo hacía escala en Pisa (Italia).Código del vuelo : ZBSUTRFecha vuelo: 17 de agosto del 2023Hora vuelo: 11:55 Bari Ya que he viajado con ellos hace tiempo, se del sistema online de check in, por ello, ingresé a mi cuenta, y en mis reservas para hacer el check in.En la página salía solo el vuelo a Valencia, el cual realice el check in con antelación. Sin embargo, la empresa no fue clara al decir que eran dos vuelos distintos, por lo cual dos check in, si no, que me lo mostró como una escala, por lo cual pense que al hacer el check in a valencia, ya estaba listo.Nunca la empresa me avisó que faltaba un check in, no me llegó un mail o mensaje de texto avisándome que me faltaba hacerlo. Ya que ellos dicen en sus condiciones que avisan. Llegue al aeropuerto con 2 horas de antelación, y me doy cuenta que no servía el check in que hice, intenté hacerlo online y no me dejó apesar que quedaban 2 horas aún, estando en el plazo según empresa. Por lo cual fui a hacer el check in en persona, y me comenta que hay una tasa de penalización , comente que fue una mala información, a pesar de ello, he pagado la penalización.Sin embargo el cobro ha sido mayor al cobro estipulado en sus normas, ya que dice que el tope de cobro es de 55 euros por persona y me hicieron un cobro de 60,50 euros por persona. Pagando 181,50 euros. Por lo cual me han cobrado 16,50 euros más.Encuentro que es un abuso y al mismo tiempo una estafa por parte de la empresa, ya que intente hacer el check in 2 horas antes online y no me dejó. Y el cobro de penalización además fue mayor al máximo, sin tener un parámetro para emplear la tasa según la gravedad del asunto. Y deja para pensar a cuenta gente le cobraron más de los 55 euros, siendo un cobro de estafa que multiplicado debe ser una ganancia millonaria.Mi intención es que me devuelvan los 181,50 euros.Ya que, doy por hecho que me devolverán los 16,50 euros por cobro no correspondiente segun las condiciones de la propia empresa. Espero respuesta.

Estimados, la respuesta que he recibido no me es conforme, ya que solo corrobora la informacion que yo entregue en el anterior mail. Insisto y reclamo la abonación de 16,50 euros.Ya que la tasa de penalizacion esta fijada en sus condiciones, como maximo 55 euros por persona y me hicieron un cobro de 60,50 euros por persona. Pagando 181,50 euros (3 pasajes).Adjunto comprobante de pago.Espero respuesta.
