Todos los clientes no prioritarios que deseen llevar una segunda maleta de hasta 10 kg junto con su bolso pequeño personal gratuito, deben comprar el equipaje de 10 kg. El equipaje deberá ser entregado en el mostrador de facturación antes de pasar por el control de seguridad.

Podemos confirmar que este pasajero no habia incluido ninguna maleta para su reserva, es por eso que tuvo que pagar una tasa en el aeropuerto.
Tenga en cuenta que, una vez añadido a su reserva, este servicio es no reembolsable. Para confirmar el tipo de maletas que tiene en su reserva, acceda a su reserva y después a su próximo viaje y seleccione ver itinerario. Podrá ver una lista de las maletas añadidas a su reserva como parte del desglose del precio de su vuelo.
