Cláusula abusiva cobro equipaje de mano

Hola,Hice una reserva de vuelo para 3 personas con Ryanair y me han cobrado 70.50€ por llevar una maleta de cabina cada uno como equipaje de mano.Quiero que se me devuelva el dinero correspondiente a este gasto, puesto que es una cláusula abusiva, ya que el equipaje de mano es un derecho indispensable del pasajero y, por lo tanto, no se puede cobrar un suplemento por llevarlo.Espero su respuesta.Gracias

Buenas tardes,Sintiéndolo mucho, no estoy conforme con lo que me indican.La normativa aérea establece que el equipaje de mano tiene que tener un peso máximo de 10 kg y las medidas de una maleta de cabina.La Asociación Internacional de Transporte Aéreo (IATA) propuso en 2015 unas medidas óptimas de 55 x 35 x 20 cm.En este caso, nuestras maletas de cabina cumplía con las medidas que Ryanair exige. El cobro de este suplemento fue una práctica rechazada en una Sentencia de 17 de junio de 2022 por el Juzgado de lo Mercantil número 1 de Madrid.El transportista está obligado a transportar de forma gratuita en cabina, como equipaje de mano, los objetos y bultos que el viajero lleve consigo, incluidos los artículos adquiridos en las tiendas situadas en los aeropuertos. Únicamente podrá denegarse el embarque de estos objetos y bultos en atención a razones de seguridad, vinculadas al peso o al tamaño del objeto, en relación con las características de la aeronave.Solicito de nuevo el reembolso de la cuantía que se nos cobró para poder llevar con nosotros la maleta de cabina.Saludos
