Check in presencial por overbooking

Estimados/as señores/as: Me pongo en contacto con ustedes porque recientemente tenía un vuelo con Ryanair y no me dejaron hacer check in online porque había overbooking (no quedaban asientos libres disponibles). Al hacer el check in presencial en el aeropuerto me cobraron 32,02€. SOLICITO que se me reembolse esta cantidad al no ser mi responsabilidad que hubiera overbooking. A ver, en ese artículo solo dice que tienes que hacer el check in online, que presencial tiene unas tasas. Yo te estoy diciendo que el check in online no estaba disponible porque todas las plazas estaban OCUPADAS porque teneis la práctica del OVERBOOKING. Si no puedo seleccionar asiento (ni gratuito ni de pago), no puedo hacer el check in online.
