No me dejo hacer el check in online 5 horas antes del vuelo y cuando lo quise realizar en el aeropuerto había una cola de una hora en cuanto llegue al mostrador solamente quedaba hora y media para que el vuelo despegase y ya no pude hacer nada más que pagar 110 euros me parece un robo y una estafa ya que no ha sido culpa mía y me han hecho pagar más de lo que vale el vuelo por un simple ticket

Hola buenas el código de reserva es”SDRBTR” el vuelo salió a las 22:45 y puedo adjuntar fotos y vídeos dentro del avión mientras seguían repostando sobre esa hora

Buenas tardes.Sé que las tasas están reguladas pero no se me dejo hacer el checo in online por fallo de vuestra página y aún por encima el vuelo se retrasó y aún así no me dejaron el fallo no es mío si fuera mío pagaría sin protestar pero no es así y tengo toda la información de el vuelo retrasado de el fallo de la página y de como la señora de recepción era borde y no quería ayudarnos.
