Cargo subscripción no autorizado a Pdf guru

Hola , reclamación por contratación de una subscripción no autorizada a PDF Guru,7/10/2026 pagué 0,99 € por un folio de un PDF que encima me llegó en blanco ,el 14/10/2026 me hacen una devolución de los 0,99 y me hen un cargo de 49,99 por una subscripción que no hice ni autorice,reclamo que me devuelvan cargo de 49,99

Respuesta con el mismo corta y pega que ustedes envían en reclamación por privado,está página "PDF Guru " se apropian de cargos en la targeta de débito y ya está denunciado

No sé cómo se puede permitir que PDF Guru siga ofreciendo sus servicios con todas las denuncias que tienen por cargos en tarjeta bancaria por "supuestas suscripciones " que nunca se dieron
