Dear Clickrents team,
Please be informed that the scam was suspected from the side of your company during my rental experience. The facts that lead to the scam suspicion are the following:
1) The repair price was delivered immediately without quoting the car service - could you please provide the quote/invoice and the payment confirmation (that you paid for the damage observed and provide the photo that the damages were really properly fixed). The damage is attached, it cannot cost 390 Eur, especially if the scenario on the point 2 is followed.
2) The provided car had multiple damages on the bumpers (not present on handover map with the damages) and they were just decorated by the paint stick (not professional repair) and the small damage found on the bumper during my car return is much less than other decorated damages. I suspect that you fix the small damages by the paint stick not reaching the car service and withdraw the money for full repair form the customers and it can be categorized as a fraud.
3) Some damages on the handover map for several cases were not real damages, but just the black traces from shoes - it is the second item for the suspected fraud as these so-called damages are present on the map and someone could pay for these items, but it is not the point for care damage cases.
As the damage associated with me is small and is not going to be repaired or will be repaired/decorated by the paint stick, I can agree on 50 Eur repair price to regulate this case, otherwise the case will be delivered to the court
