Cancelar vuelo por terremoto en Marrakech

Hola, teníamos vuelos programados para volar a Marrakech de ida para el día 11 de septiembre (FR6791) y de vuelta para el día 18 de septiembre (FR6792), para pasar las vacaciones visitando Marrakech y alrededores. El 8 de septiembre por la noche hubo un terremoto en la zona de Marrakech, y hasta la fecha hay 2000 muertos y la misma cantidad de heridos, graves daños en las zonas afectadas, así como réplicas.Hemos intentado ponernos en contacto con la compañía Ryanair para anular el viaje, puesto que en estos momentos es peligroso viajar por la zona y no hay manera de contactar con ellos. Hemos ido hoy día 10 de septiembre al aeropuerto a hablar con atención al cliente y nos han dicho que no van anular nuestros billetes puesto que los vuelos salen ya que el aeropuerto no está afectado.Como les hemos comentado no es un capricho nuestro, si no que la zona a la que íbamos por ocio está afectada por un grave terremoto, hay pueblos reducidos a escombros, 2000 muertos, gente durmiendo en la calle y cuerpos de seguridad y rescatistas trabajando en las labores de rescate y desescombro. Creemos que es un peligro viajar en estos momentos a la zona, cuando los turistas que están allí están desesperadamente buscando vuelos para regresar a sus países.Por este motivo solicitamos a la compañía Ryanair que anule nuestros billetes de ida y vuelta y nos abone el importe de los mismos por causas de fuerza mayor como es un terremoto de magnitud 7 en la zona a la que íbamos de vacaciones.

Buenos días, a fecha de hoy de octubre de 2023, no tenemos noticias de la compañía Ryanair en relación a la reclamación que pusimos debido a no poder volar el día 11 de septiembre a Marrakech por causas de fuerza mayor (terremoto el día 9 de septiembre en la zona con muchas víctimas mortales). Es increible , intentamos anular los billetes 2 días antes y la señora que nos mal atendió de atención al cliente de RYANAIR nos dijo que era lo que había y que no los anulaban , que le daba igual mientras el aeropuerto estubiera abierto y los aviones volasen.Le comenté que íbamos cerca de los pueblos derruidos por el terremoto y por la zona de la tragedia, pero hizo caso omiso con una gran frialdad, espero que nos den una solución razonable o que lleguemos a un acuerdo, les aporto la hoja de reclamaciones a la comunidad de Madrid y no escriban tantos parrafos inutilmente, un saludo

Reitero , Fuí a anular el vuelo al aeropuerto, atención al cliente de RAYNAIR , concrétamente hablé con una señora amargada ya que le consulté si podíamos anular el vuelo por las circunstancias claras y evidentes de un terremoto en la zona donde nos íbamos a alojar y su contestación" RAYNAIR no se puede cancelar ya que el avión saldrá, le dijimos bueno se puede cambiar por otra fecha ?contestación, no, no se puede cambiar..Preguntamos algún tfno. o mail para poder reclamar? Contestación, están en atención al cliente ya les he dicho que RAYNAIR no les devolverá el dinero ni les cambiará las fechas, pueden poner una reclamación si quieren pero no les servirá de nada. Pusimos la reclamación , pero veo que les gusta perder clientes, ya que me respondieron despues de 15 0 20 dias diciéndome que no abonan nada y que podía haber cambiado los billetes, increíblemente despues de que saliera el vuelo...Lo inconcebible es que no me lo dijera la Persona de atención al cliente ya que podía haberlo hecho si me da la información posterior con los correos...y lo peor de todo es que RAINAIR me los da despues de más de 15 días de salir el avión...por favor arréglenlo y sean consecuentes, un saludo...por cierto deberían de revisar al personal que tienen trabajando para ustedes, y las políticas de fidelización ya que funcionando de esta manera es muy dificil que vuelvan a volar con ustedes si tienen esa predisposición.
